Mindfulness in Motion

Take your session outdoors! Walk & Talk Therapy is a unique approach that combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with being in nature. Research  suggests that there are numerous benefits to being outdoors including helping to ease stress and further enhance the healing process. Sessions are held year-round at local parks, the beach, on the water paddle boarding, or more! You may even bring a baby in a stroller or leashed dog to your sessions. I am American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certified and a licensed coach. An intake session in person or via telehealth is required first where confidentiality and specific documents will be addressed. All Walk & Talk sessions will be monitored via LiveTrack GPS system.
